Our movers protect your furniture with moving blankets and shrink wrap, take apart and put back together beds, tables and other furniture that needs it, load the truck carefully and place everything in the right rooms at your new home. We protect floors, door frames and condo hallways as we go.
How local moves are priced
Local moves are usually charged by the hour, based on the crew size and truck you need. The biggest things that change the time are how much you're moving, stairs and elevators, how far the truck is from the door, and how ready everything is when the crew arrives. Tell us about your home and we'll give you a free quote that reflects it.

How far in advance should I book a local move?
Two to four weeks ahead is ideal, especially at the end of the month and in summer. We also take short-notice moves when our schedule allows, so call even if your move is in a few days.
Do you move just a few items?
Yes. We do small moves and single-item moves as well as full homes. See our small moves page or call for a quote.
